Lighting – temporary lighting provided

Plumbing – 1 Men’s and 1 Women’s ADA Bathroom with standard fixtures – location tbd by Landlord.

Sprinkler system – Currently in place. Reworking sprinkler heads (if needed) is by Tenant

New lobby and stair enclosure with stairway at east entry.

New rated exit stair enclosure with stairway at West end of space (location and configuration tbd)
